The Project
The project consists of a £15m New Health Centre in West London, which is part extension & part refurb to an old 1920s listed building. Floor extension, new roof, car park etc.
The Contractor
The building contractor takes of projects of varied nature, education, local authority, commercial, private residential, health, sports and leisure, embassy and religious buildings.
The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £1m - £25m, including refurbishment, new build and Cut and Carve.
The Candidate
The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Senior Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects of up to 25m value. We are looking for someone who can take this 1.5 year scheme from start to finish reporting to a Contracts Manager.
The candidate we are looking for must be client facing, and be able to manage other management below. There will be a further site manager reporting in to the candidate we are looking for.
Ideally, have a carpentry trade and also higher education qualification in construction
Possess a deep technical understanding of high-quality workmanship and building.
SMSTS / CSCS - Black / First Aid
Be a committed member of the project team
