CPCS Groundworker/Slinger

Teamforce Labour is seeking an experienced Groundworker with a valid Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS affiliated) Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties certification for long-term work of up to 6 months.
This role is ideal for candidates who are proficient in all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, digging trial holes, kerb laying, and related tasks.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, possess a solid work ethic, and be reliable in delivering quality results on-site.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS affiliated) Groundworker Certification.
• Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties Ticket.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of groundworks including:
  • Drainage installation
  • Digging trial holes
  • Kerb laying
  • Concreting
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proven reliability and commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out groundworks tasks as assigned, such as drainage, trial holes, kerb laying, and concreting.
• Operating within health and safety guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Assisting in slinging and signalling duties for lifting operations.
• Effectively communicating with site teams and supervisors.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring site cleanliness and organisation.
