Contract Manager

We are currently seeking a Contract Manager for a full-time permanent position in the Munster region.

The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within
budget, and to the highest standards.

The role will entail:
Manage on site construction teams for the successful delivery of the projects.
Manage onsite subcontractors on projects to ensure timely delivery of project.
Manage project programs and monitor progress on site to ensure delivery of completed project.
Hold regular onsite progress meeting with project team and suppliers to ensure a coherent approach to the project.
Comply with company management, quality, and environmental systems.
Managing client expectations on all contracts to ensure new and existing relationships are developed and maintained.

The Candidate:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (PWC, NEC, JCT, FIDIC).
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Experience:
10 + years management experience in Ireland or UK.
